THERMOWELDABLE BELTS, SMOOTH AND MULTIV®; SBS; FS : 100% polyurethane or Polyester conveyor belts (without fabric), thermoweldable, allowing applications with a high hygiene degree.

 

Reliability durability:

• Multi V streak lower face which contribute to drain off the static electricity, avoiding sticking on the slide bed and allowing an auto alignment when it is combined with a machined drum in double spiral, strong adhesion on drum with rubber backing.
• SBS with two smooth surfaces very easy to clean, and one of these is sandblast in order to reduce the stickiness on the slide bed.
• FS, one bottom surface with fabric which enables to increase the load capacity and to reduce the friction factor on the slide bed.
• For all our belts, a quick and easy implement and repairing on site, not involving any dismantling because of the thermoweldable junction.
• Very good abrasion and cut resistance above all on the Polyester.
• Easily repairable
